Project Overview

Lordsgate Lane is a development of seven private houses on the edge of the historic market town of Burscough, Lancashire.

Construction commenced in September 2021, making it the first project delivered under the Openwall name.

Project Context & Delivery

The project continued an existing working relationship between GRC Developments and the team that formed Openwall.

Working with Smith.Young and GRC Developments, Openwall adapted the architect’s designs into a timber frame solution that met the customer’s objectives while remaining straightforward to manufacture and install.
